Arby's is expensive but coupons for deals come in the mail. The beef sandwiches are really good & loaded with beef. Not stingy with the meat. That's what I always get there.
Customer service was not GREAT .Seemed as if the phone was more important and some gossip on Facebook was more important.

Lowered my rating. Went to get some food, waited for nearly 5 minutes. No greetings or service. Girl behind counter looked at us when we walked in and never said anything to us. Just acted like she was busy, young black girl with long braids. This was 5:30 pm on 11/21/2023.. Ended up going to White Castle where we got immediate service.
