1st time here, ordered the 3 meat plate so I could sample the goods, coleslaw and pit beans. Sides are excellent! Coleslaw was crisp and flavorful, the beans!! Awesome flavor and perfect consistency, the meat in them gave a wonderful smoky touch! I could eat a full size and make that a meal! I chose brisket, pulled pork and ribs. The pork was, in my opinion, a little dry but smoked very very good,poured a touch of bbq sauce on it, viola! The ribs were smoked and seasoned well,...

The food was incredible! The service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a huge variety of foods available on their menu. They have dining inside. Or you can call or order online for pickup. If you haven't been to The Beast yet, give them a try. You'll be happy you did!

Beast Craft gives all the great bbq places in KC a run for their money. Fantastic ribs, burnt ends, and sausage. Also had the Mac cheese and candied bacon. Delicious! Drove an hour to get here, and it was worth the drive. Will be back!
