Got my order wrong, I went back and had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake my order. Then the fries were cold
Ordered my food did not get my food. The food that I got was cold and nasty
Food is always good. My main issue was I placed an order ahead of time and when I got there they hadn't even started preparing it yet.

Rally's is a restaurant that offers a mixed dining experience. The staff is often friendly and polite, though there have been occasional mistakes, such as receiving unordered items or missing requested drinks. The food quality can vary, with some reports of cold meals and limited menu options. However, when prepared correctly, the food is said to be good and fresh. The restaurant's strengths are its tasty Rally Burgers, seasoned fries, and friendly employees who can make a positive impact on the dining experience. Customers with dietary restrictions can enjoy the healthy options, and the restaurant also caters well to vegetarians and families with its diverse menu.
