Terrible service; everyone in the kitchen was shouting at each other because they were messing everything up. We waited 25 minutes, and the order wasn't even complete; while I waited, they asked me three times what I was missing. By the time I got my breakfast back, it was already cold. When I arrived, there wasn't a single person inside—they were only handling drive-thru orders. The coffee was ice-cold; they ruined my day. McDonald's was awful. We did drive through on September 26, 2026, and still had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. When we got our drinks they were barely filled and had no ice.
Then they messed up the food so we had to go inside. Every item was wrong. I should have opened the actual boxes because our Double Quarter Pounders were regular single Quarter Pounders. We didn't find that out till we got home. The food was cold and nasty.

I placed an online pickup order on September 26, 2026, expecting a quick 15-minute turnaround. Instead, it turned into an excruciating 45-minute ordeal. After arriving to pick up our food, we still had to wait over 30 minutes just to get the meal.
