They asked me to wait for my order on the other side, and everyone else was being served as they came along. Went to the window after 15 minutes, the lady kinda of ignored me and later came to say they didn't have what I asked for, so if I wanted a replacement! What, after 25 minutes?. . No apologies just TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Burger was super salty with cold toppings and cold cheese. Fries weren't horribly stale but nowhere near fresh. Surprisingly small burger in the $9 Sourdough combo. Decent deal for the $4 chicken bite meal. I'm at terms if I'm not in NOLA or somewhere on the east coast it's not worth bothering with Rallys or Checkers.

Came in here to pick up and was surprised at how rude the worker was. She came to the window and asked what I was here for, and then when I answered, she just stared at me and then said "ok" and walked off. Then I heard her talking to a male coworker, referring to me as "some white girl," and then talking about how irritating doordashers are. Then, once she finally brought the food to me, after about 10 minutes, she just handed it to me and attempted to close the broken window. They really should make the workers wear name tags. It was an African American girl on the wider side.
