Tonight started off wrong and Calvin came to the rescue!!!! He was very professional and very understanding of both our situation and he came through for us. I just want to say thank you to Calvin and his employees at the Pizza Hut on Carlyle Ave in Belleville,Illinois. Keep up the good work.

While there was a minor issue with an online order last week, the manager quickly addressed it and made it right. The pizza buffet continues to be outstanding, and the customer service is praised.
Occasionally, there may be a glitch with online ordering, but the staff goes above and beyond to resolve the issue. One customer, Terry, was commended for her kind, bubbly, and extremely well-mannered customer service when addressing a cancelled order.
