KFC is a restaurant that offers a fast-food experience. The staff at the counter are known to be friendly and provide good customer service. However, there have been reports of rude behavior from drive-thru staff. The food is generally well-prepared, but some customers prefer if the buckets did not include wings. The restaurant's management and corporate team are said to take time to respond to customer complaints.
