Food in never fresh! Chicken and bomber is always old to the point where you can tell it's been sitting under heat lamp for well over two hours. I would like to have fresh cooked food not leftovers!!. If I wanted leftovers that's what I would order when my order is being taken. I also ordered bombers but they wasn't on the list for selected items.
Service is always horrible. They literally had to drag an employee from the back to take my order.. everything you ask for somehow they're out of

My husband has told me about church's chicken for years, and I finally got to experience it. This chicken was amazing. It beats all of the competition. Those biscuits were the best thing I've had in years. I usually have a very healthy diet, but when it comes to a cheat day, imma pick this restaurant. Everything was fresh, and the chicken was moist. My husband keeps asking me where I want to go for my birthday, and I can pick anywhere I want. Yes, I'm spoiled. I keep saying I want Church's. I ate three pieces of chicken, and three biscuits. That stuff was amazing.
Vegetarian options: Why would you go here for a vegan option? It's known for chicken.

That was the grossest fast food I have ever eaten. I would rather eat day old Taco Bell stone cold sober. The chicken was whiter than my skin in January. The honey biscuit was as dry as 90 year old grandma’s skin. The Mac and cheese was the most revolting thing I have ever seen. And I mean that.

I'm being very honest the stuff they serve people is ridiculous the sad part about it is that the manager serves it the chicken be old dried up not a bit of juice to it and when you have a complaint they get mad if churches is cooked right and not served to old it can be the best chicken but you got these workers that don't care what they are serving customers. "PLEASE, MAKE CHURCHES GREAT AGAIN"
