I went with my boyfriend the first time.. I was having so much fun chatting with guests and enjoying their entertainment my BF left me there alone. I was worried about a ride home but two handsome men and a bear offered to take me to their homes. They were so sweet and hunky I rented us a motel room so all three could have me all night. The food is fabulous, the service is spectacular, and if by ambiance you mean male eye candy then I would say it's a great place to meet a man. I began coming here long before I was "gay" to meet men and I actually met the man who converted me after a 3 year sexually charged relationship. I haven't been in a while but Club Escapade is the best thing that ever happened to me and I will always have a deep emotional attachment to it. This place is amazing if you like a moreLaid back comfortable atmosphere. I've been here 2x and both times had a great time with my family / friends. Not to loud as where you can't have a conversation but still has great music and an awesome sound system. It's my version of perfect.
