The WORST customer service EVER. I placed a delivery order online and not 5 minutes after I placed my order I got a call from the store. I was told they are only doing carry out because of issues with drivers. I completely understand that. What I DON’T understand is when I asked if I could get my tip & delivery fee back since I was coming to pickup, I WAS HUNG UP ON! After not having my order( because it's not in there system). The employee closed the drive through window in my face then walked away. Just rude. They need to fire everyone in the store and hire new staff.
After waiting 2 hours for a pizza, I called to follow up on my order and to check if I can just pick it up, only to get hung up on. When I went there, there were a line of cars and 4 staff members where outside arguing. Ridiculous to wait for dinner that never came. Horrible horrible horrible. I have a video of the staff arguing.
