I placed an order at around 6 today, but it arrived late. On top of that, the dough was not cooked all the way through. I called the store and spoke with someone named Chad, who assured me that they would redo the order and deliver it. However, when the replacement was delivered, we were unexpectedly asked to show the original cookie brownies before receiving the new order. As I expressed my concern to the person delivering my order, she proceeded to yell and told me that her boss instructed her to check our order before giving us the replacement because it’s considered ‘free food.’ To me, it is not free food, as I already paid for it, and the original order was not edible.

I think my delivery driver had severe issues. I met her on the street so she didn't have to walk and she yelled at me and then was so extremely rude it was unbelievable. 0/10 I wish I could take my tip back.

Edit: one year after last update. After an hour wait for a carry out order, I called and asked how long it would be... answer? "Oh, like just an hour more or so"... No, absolutely not. No further chances, I hope this location goes under. Edit: one year later.... decided to give them another try. Order was placed 2 HOURS AGO. No updates, no answering their phone, nothing.... what the hell is wrong with this location?
This Domino's is like an abusive spouse... They make excuses, and ask for a second chance... and IMMEDIATELY burn you when you do give them a chance. So far they have over $60 from me, that they have not refunded.
Update:still no refund on my order (its been a week) Order well before closing, and they canceled my order. Ordered again, they called and canceled because they have decided to close early.

Everyone was so pleasant. I ordered a pizza I had never eaten. Vegetables were not good. But I will know better next time. Flavor was nice.

Waited over two hours for a carryout order . I wouldn't have minded waiting if I would have been informed that there would be an extended wait. Called the store , was on hold another 45 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service. Will be requesting a refund.
This place needs to either hire more people or shut down I made my order at 8:30 she told me I wouldn’t get it to 11pm!!! And then tried to encourage me to cancel with a very rude attitude I’m very disappointed in dominoes DO NOT ORDER

I was prepared to tip 8 dollars until it took THREE HOURS to get my food, then when the delivery driver arrived she had the complete WRONG order. I have not received any compensation for this and I don't recommend this Domino's and I definitely don't recommend tipping them at all the service is delinquent.

My experience here was so horrible they need to be closed down. Ok I placed a delivery order and they was acting like they couldn't hear so I asked for the supervisor and they hung up on me. So I called back to see was my order placed and they said they did have a order so I said I wanted to place one and they said I couldn't because they where closed. So I don't recommend this place to anyone.
