Horrible customer service. Every order takes a minimum of 30 minutes, even simple orders as one chocolate milkshake and a pup cup. Other order was “forgotten about” after waiting over 30 minutes and then they realized I was still waiting and said “no one gave you your order?” Shaking my head no to reply my order was packed up in 2 minutes. Been to other Freddy’s in STL and experienced COMPLETELY different level of service. Will not be returning here.
No waiting very clean n also very reasonable
Placed an online order at 10:59 AM, got a confirmation email that my food would be ready at 11:09 AM i got there a couple minutes before the pick up time and waited. after 10 minutes past pick up time i ask one of the girls at the register if i needed to check in and she says no it will be put over in the mobile pick up section. After waiting 25 more minutes i realize something is really wrong. I go back up to the front and ask if i can cancel my order because i have used up...read full review
