Ice Cream Heaven is a cute, little family-run ice cream stand on the east end of Belleville. Perfect spot for a quick ice cream snack, or even your bulgogi needs! My last visit was on Father's Day 2025- it's my grandpa's favorite ice cream spot. To me, it's exactly what an ice cream stand should feel like- there's seating, decent prices, and lots of variety. I like popping by after a game of softball on a summer night.
Only complaint is their very tight parking lot. If you're close enough, I suggest walking. On Father's Day, there were lots of customers and my family witnessed someone backing into another car when trying to leave. This isn't anything on the business, but just something to be award of if you plan on going on a busy day.
Need to know: They only accept cash payment.

Menu is very confusing. The woman working there was rude just kept saying “can’t have” and pointing. I said forget it and left. She mumbled rude comments as I walked away. Went to White Cottage instead and had a wonderful experience!

The man working was very rude and rolled his eyes and shook his head when I asked for a second spoon, and he either charged us $2 for sprinkles or charged us more than stated on the menu. Won’t return or recommend to anyone.

The lady was taking money and making orders without washing her hands and no she didn’t use a napkin to put a barrier between her hands and the cone! Also if you’re planning on going the only form of payment accepted is cash!
Soft serve is top tier ice cream. I left my phone there and came back 40 minutes later and they returned it to me. Thank you 🫶🏿

The guy who was working was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. I wanted 3 toppings in my concrete but he said only 2 were allowed. That would hsve been fine if he hadn't rudely cut me off while i was ordering. There is no sign saying no more than two toppings so I didn't know. I definitley do not reccomend.
