been waiting 45 minutes for my order. they ran out of cooked chicken at 7:00. this place is horrible.
We online ordered. Went through drive though. Clerk said get out of line pull into hash marked parking and we’ll bring your order out. Sat there for 15 minutes. Watched 4 cars that were behind us go through and get there order. Had to call them we heard the lady say that who new the Kayla order was here, meaning they forgot about us. Then frank came out. No apology acting like it’s our fault. Makes up an excuse saying they were still preparing our order. Then was very condescending...read full review
