The young man at night, who seems to run the show, always makes sure that my order is right. He always has a good attitude and makes you feel welcomed. Best Rally's in Illinois AND Missouri!
Andre and Jordan are awesome very great service and have a great attitude.

Rally's is a drive-thru and walk-up restaurant with limited parking. Staff are generally pleasant and provide quick service, although some employees may need improvement in communication skills. Food is good, and some staff members, like Ms. Nicole, stand out for their patience and great service. Note that the restaurant is not particularly kid-friendly due to its design. Overall, Rally's is a convenient stop for a quick meal.
