New York Fish & Chicken Gyro

Visited NY Fish Chicken & Gyro & Convenient Market recently and was very impressed with how clean and polished the restaurant looked. The dining area was spotless and had a very welcoming atmosphere. I tried the tripe sandwich and it was absolutely awesome —full of flavor, fresh, and cooked perfectly. It’s hard to find good tripe sandwiches around here, but this place definitely did it right. Great food, clean environment, and friendly service. Highly recommended!

I had never been to this establishment. I had heard a couple things about it.
When I walked in, there was no one around, so I wasn’t sure they were open
I walked back in again, and had to say hello. Is there anyone here? somebody came out from the back.
There was no menus around. He had to turn on his electronic tv’s just for me to see the menu.
I ordered six tenders
Apparently, he mumbled underneath his breath said it would be 20 minutes. I didn’t hear him.
As I’m sitting there waiting for the tenders to get ready, I noticed that there is a smashed dead cockroach in the floor,
The appearance of this restaurant is very dirty floors are dirty, tables are dirty.
I would not recommend, I left my $15 there was not willing to risk getting sick.

I left without getting my order. I saw a gentleman talking about how the prices online where different than in the store. I looked, and he was right, the prices in stor are DOUBLE what it says online. I have those photos and I will keep posting them. They are literally charging you all double for less food. Stop going here. They are tricking you. I left without even picking up my meal. And the thing man showed me he fish, man it was dry and shriveled. They made him pay over $20 for the smallest burnt tilapia and some bread. Im glad I didn't waste my money.

The food was over priced and over done. The Talapia was so thin it was basically just crispy skin. And to make matters worse, when I got there the price was double then it was online. The cashier didn't care. The service was terrible. I had to wait to pay, because he didn't pay enough attention. And when I was polite about it, it pretty much got me no where. Order #44. Im currently letting me people know, not to come here. Funny enough, I've had friends actually work there before. We will not be returning

Tried the loaded nacho cheese baked potato at NY Fish Chicken & Gyro & Convenient Market with steak and gyro meat and it was amazing. The store looks very clean and well maintained with a nice new seating area that makes the place feel comfortable and welcoming. This baked potato is literally a complete meal by itself — loaded with creamy nacho cheese, juicy steak, and flavorful gyro meat. Everything tasted fresh, hot, and delicious with generous portions. Definitely one of the best loaded baked potatoes I’ve had in a long time!

Never open when it suppose to . Waited and hour for food. First to order and received my food after three other people.

This restaurant is unsanitary & the food is gross and nasty. You can tell they haven’t changed the grease in the deep fryers in months. The Italian Beef sandwich is not served with au jus instead they open a can of mixed vegetables and dump it on top of your sandwich. On top of the food being gross and nasty the place is Totally unsanitary!! Your Shoes will stick to the floor, the women’s room is out of order, I would go as far to say that this place has never been cleaned. The dining room is full of dilapidated furniture broken equipment They have shelves of generic groceries and expired food laying all over the place. Nothing is ADA compliant Parking lot, entrance, restrooms nothing is up to code. I wouldn’t mind if the food was good but No. This place is gross. The Italian beef is nasty!! They dump a can of gross mixed vegetables on the bottom and top of the bread and the bun so wet and soggy that it is not eligible. I didn’t eat it!! They will not accommodate any dietary restrictions replace your order correct a mistake or refund your money.

I ordered sum chicken from here and it wasn't good!!!!!The chicken tasted over cooked and it was hard! I order the 8 wings and fries! But they do take link

Every time I come here to order the owner is somewhere else instead of being in the building. He is too cheap to hire help. The wings are good. But I can’t stand his attitude. I called for him to come take my order but he ignored my call, Another lady came in and said she hear movement. So I went to look back there and he was in there but wouldn’t say hold on, will be there or anything. He looked at me with an eye to kill. Yeah, I won’t be going back there again.
