Came in to order a personal pan 🍕 for take out. Asked about how long would take. Guy said like 15 minutes so at 15 minutes the guy comes to me and all he said was that they had to remake my 🍕 . Really?! Why?! So 48 mins for a personal pan 🍕! I even had to seek them out and ask about it! 😡 😩
east end pizza hut on carlyle ave. i went through the drive thru to get 1 order of veg. pasta. i was informed that I had to order 2 if I wanted the value price of 7.00 each. so I ordered 2. I tried to give the lady my debit card but she handed me the card reader. I inserted my debit, and all I saw was on the screen TIP TIP TIP. I normally don't tip drive thru, but today I did. she told me my order would be ready in approx 7 minutes, so I parked around front. 10 minutes later...read full review
Tonight started off wrong and Calvin came to the rescue!!!! He was very professional and very understanding of both our situation and he came through for us. I just want to say thank you to Calvin and his employees at the Pizza Hut on Carlyle Ave in Belleville,Illinois. Keep up the good work.
