12/29 Whoever the manager of this place is, is rude. Standing outside the door smoking weed but is refusing to take new orders when the website says they close at one. His response was “that ain’t got nothing to do with me gang” just be quite and make the fries. Then as I drive off he is screaming and cursing things out the window as I’m driving away. Very unprofessional and I’ll be calling corporate first thing tomorrow morning.

Tried to stop there on 12/27/24 @ 10:10pm, there was a car parked in the drive up at the opposite direction, two cars waiting in line at the other drive up, someone greeted us and than a few moments later told us they weren’t taking orders anymore while there was two other vehicles in line. The one guy using our lane drive up, was throwing his hands in the air and acting very unprofessional. 10/10 don’t recommend this location. Not the business, just that location.

The young lady at the walk up window was very nice and professional but while trying to take my order her supervisor an order black woman was very rude and told her to close the window literally while we was speaking and concentrate on the drive through instead of simply assisting her that woman the supervisor was so rude and need a refresher course in customer relations she definitely shouldn't be in a leadership role or customer service the corporate office should promote the young lady who tried and fire the disrespectful rude supervisor
