I should have avoided ordering, i read the reviews and wanted to try. Definitely never ordering again. Its 1230 at night im trying to get a late meal through doordash waited 40 minutes for food to arrive and it was the wrong order. I wanted grilled chicken and they sent me fried! How can you not get it righ! Lol

I’m not sure how it’s run at this location, but I feel like the employees should not be turning cars away at the drive thru to go on break, especially when there are multiple cars waiting to order. First time I pulled up, they’re taking card only. Which makes no sense to me at all, but I went to put money on my card and came back only for the car ahead of me and me to be told that he’s going on break and no longer taking orders. I understand employees need breaks but why doesn’t this location have another employee to over breaks so they don’t have to stop taking orders?

I was door dashing Friday night in waited in line for over 30 min for 2 apple pies the man in picture was rude when I said I been waiting 30 min bucked his eyes at me like Iam the problem the other man Brandon who was making the burgers didnt have gloves on peaked in window and store is nasty u can tell by how nasty the window is ant no telling Whats going on late nights in this building I wouldn’t eat there if I was you

First the attitude from drive through person was uncalled for(Suggestion, if you hate your job so bad, find a new one). Second, they can't even get their own easy food specials right. Example: They have a special where you can get 2 sandwiches for $6.50(they are with 2 patties of which ever sandwich you choose). Order was: 1 large French fry, the 2 for $6.50(a double cheeseburger plain and a spicy double chicken). They got the double cheeseburger plain correct but the spicy chicken sandwich was cold and only had 1 chicken patty. This combination is the exact reason I only go there once or twice a year, if that. Food is usually good but these kind of mistakes and the attitude is main reason I don't like to go there. Plus trying to tell them that the order was wrong at the walk-up window is a mistake. Their attitude went from being terrible to worse that ended up in shouting match. This place isn't worth the hassle anymore.

I ordered a chicken box with fries. Half of my bites we overcooked. I called the restaurant for a refund no one picked up. Don’t recommend.
I ordered the 4 for 4 deal meal (Glorilla meal) and the lady charge me $12.52, I told her that she overcharged me and that the large upgrade should only be $6 but she claimed I was wrong even though they have big signs that says small $4, medium $5, and large $6 for the unbeatable meal deal. And she decided not to give me a receipt so I couldn't complain to corporate about it. I decided to let her have it because $6 wasn't worth going to jail over. They really need better training
