I stopped at Shoehorn for a different reason, the attached shop for brewing supplies and gifts. They have every homemade sign you could think of, some engraved wooden boards for the countertop, and everything you need for brewing at home. I left with one cutting board, came back for another, and ended up ordering two more on the phone for gifts. Customer service is on point, and seeing past reviews it is clear this is shown throughout the business.

They always have a great selection including offerings like mead and cider for non-beer drinkers. Theyl'll even have a red wine they made available soon. The bierstacheln event last year was really cool. If you didn't check it out last year, I highly recommend attending this year.

Solid brewery for the local area. Really enjoyed the cozy feel of the venue, the service was good, plenty of beers to choose from, and the location downtown was awesome. We tried two flights of beers and really enjoyed a few of them. Kids enjoyed the games and we played some Uno while throwing down a couple samples. Recommend stopping by if in the area! My favorites on tap the night we were there were the Vet City Vibes IPA, the 215 to Louisville Kentucky common, and the Ruby brown ale. No matter your taste preferences, you should find something to your liking at this fine brewery!
