This is the slowest fast food I have ever had. Not to say the workers aren't working and they were polite but maybe just short staffed. Literally it took over 20 minutes to get food. I hate this because as a nonmeat eater this is one of the only fast food places I will go.

Had placed an almost $50 order through the mobile app. Got to the speaker, no issues. Got my order and was still talking to the guy at the window and he shut the window on me. Pulled up to check my order and noticed items missing. Pulled back to the window to say items were missing and the guy at the window become rude and said everything was in the bags . When the bag was sitting by the window that was not given to me. When getting home was still missing spicy potato taco that was rudely told to me it was in the bag

Somehow I've come to develop extremely low expectations for Taco Bell. And somehow they manage to disappoint still. Three tacos in my order, not a shred of lettuce to be seen. My crushed lettuceless tacos appeared to have had better days, perhaps the tacos had hopes and dreams themselves that got crushed. Now I am just eating my crushed tacos feeling crushed that I allowed myself to hope for more. Did the tiny hot sauce packets help resurrect the soul of my tacos, even they don't have that kind of power.

This store rarely gets anything right. Likely due a combination of bad hiring standards, high employee turnover rate and awful training. If you really want Taco Bell, I'd suggest any other store in the area.

No frills restaurant that clearly places a priority on their drive-thru. I went inside this restaurant, I was the only one in there & it took them almost 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge my presence. They still insisted I use the kiosk which I didn't even see when I walked in. Food was good though.

Me and my grandma came here to get food and then found out they weren’t taking cash. Though we had the exact amount. Then when my grandma gave the cashier her card she took it back to the drive through to swipe it. When she brought it back she THREW the card at me and my grandma and it then fell on the floor. The whole encounter was rude and unprofessional and if I knew this workers name I would put it in an instant. This happened on December 4th a little before 12:30. I understand that they couldn’t take cash at the moment. But no one even bothered to take the time and explain why. And then being met with the rudeness of the woman throwing back my grandmas card at her was just the breaking point.

Had a real big order 45 dollars worth waited about 35-40 min just to given get the food. Got home to discover that we was missing 3 soft tacos, called the store and the manager wanted to argue with me telling me that he made my order and everything was in my bag...clearly not what kind of manager would argue to a paying customer? Completely unprofessional and I will not be returning to this store...score 4 out of 10

You're almost guaranteed to missing at least 1 item. It's comical actually how frequently it happens. Even on orders with only 2 items they'll somehow forget 1.

Ordered thru the app. They were out of steak and refused to substitute any other protein option because it would "mess up their food cost"Beef and chicken are both cheaper than steak so that makes no sense.Long story short I'm out 20 bucks until corporate reviews the situation and refunds me. Called and the manager on duty was literally zero help and only cared about his inventory. Makes me think upper management has the wrong goals for their crew. Now I'm hungry and literally don't want to spend another 20 dollars ordering from somewhere else. What a trash tbell. Do better.

The hours are always changing for this Taco Bell. There have been several times where I placed a mobile order and drive to the store only to be told they closed an hour ago. They also take forever to answer at the speaker... if they answer at all.
