Went through the drive thru at lunch time. Wasn't super busy, but there were cars behind us. Ordered 6 tacos and 1 order of nachos fries. Got up to the window, paid, then the employee informs us they have to drop fries, and wanted to know if we'll take fiesta potatoes instead of waiting. I said no thank you (because we wanted our nachos fries). She tells someone behind her, 'she said no?'. Few minutes later gives us the bag. This location and the other one nearby by needs to be combined due to the bad short staffing. Belleville doesn't even need 3 locations
Rude worker on the intercom on 7/14/2026 at 12:20 saying that there only taking door dash orders, Taco Bell needs to shut the place down. Just trashy
