Employees were friendly but they must be understaffed. Wait time was long. Was asked to wait in the parking lot for my food then was forgot about. Had to run inside to get my order. Was basically cold food by the time I got home.

The service was extremely slow. I'm so happy I had no where to go because once you pull into the driveway, you're blocked in by a barrier wall. I guess this is a construction design for all Taco Bells because the ones locally are like this. Half of my order was wrong. I ordered a $7 box, and two or more of the 5 items were not in the box. There's a lot of trash on the ground and in the landscape shrubbery. The food was bland and mushy. It wasn't worth spending...

I was picking up food for my daughter while she finished up dance. The staff there was very accommodating considering that they were probably slightly understaffed. I can only imagine what it's like to have a mob of people in the lobby 4x the number of employees working staring directly at you while you work to catch up!
