This place is amazing. I will definitely be coming back here. I made a great decision to call my brother to grab a bit at this local place. He had the dark jerk chicken and I had the Ox tail diner. Highly recommend for anyone in the area. Look at this amazing food. Finished all of it and was well satisfied.Wheelchair accessibility: No step and easy parking.
I had heard about Jamaican restaurants dotted throughout Maywood and Bellwood. None are on the main stretches that I've taken throughout the two suburbs. I decided to venture off the usual path and find one of the many restaurants. Montego Bay Restaurant was my landing spot. I think that before the pandemic, they used to have seats. The food was so amazing, I was shocked actually! The best Jamaican food I ever had. I ordered the oxtail and tried the ribs.. both were very tender and. Fresh .. the rice was flavored to perfection! I will definitely be making this my new spot being that I travel for a living this place gives me comfort home food vibes!
