“My friends and I come every Friday and it’s always the highlight of my week. The food is incredible here! Best Buffalo sauce in the area for sure. Seasonal drinks are delicious and the bartenders are the nicest. Great prices, great service, great food and drinks! I’m not really the biggest pool player but I come here for the vibes, food and service.

“I’ve been coming to this bar/restaurant for years and never had a bad experience. I hosted my birthday party this past weekend and our server Deanna was the absolute best! She was attentive, efficient, and friendly. She accommodated a party of 15 and made it look easy. We never had to look for her because she was constantly making her rounds and checking on us. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and it made my birthday one to remember. We will definitely be back!“

“Went here for the first time. I had the 1/2 lb Classic burger, medium rare, with Pepper Jack cheese and fries. My friend had the Al Pastor tacos. The burger was very well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Fries were wonderful. I normally can't eat a whole 1/2 lb burger. I couldn't stop eating this one. My friends Al Pastor tacos, on a flour tortilla, had a generous amount of meat, more than anywhere else we have been and it tastes fantastic, with just a hint of heat. Our Margaritas, made with Metzcal were delicious.“

“We dined at Hillgrove Tap for a Moms day out event today. They were fantastic handling our group. Service was excellent. Food was fantastic. And they were so organized. “We’ve been there before but it seemed a waste of a nice neighborhood bar. The past few times there were hardly anyone in there and I always thought it was a shame that a neighborhood bar with lots of potential was empty however, today there was a few more people than normal and the bartender Jennifer was greeting everyone and making everyone feel welcome. We stopped in for the Bears game and they had pizza for customers which was definitely a plus because we didn’t eat beforehand and it allowed us to stay and watch the game rather than going somewhere else to eat. If it keeps up, we may continue to go there to watch the games!“

“I remember reading in the paper some time ago about a new chicken place that was opening up, but I had forgotten about it. I was looking for a new place to try in the neighborhood and blazin b's came up. Me and my girlfriend went to try the chicken sandwiches and they were phenomenal! I got the fried j*** chicken sandwich, and she got the fried blazin chicken sandwich, both served with potato wedges (pure awesomeness). Let's not forget the side of mac and cheese which was a great addition coupled with some great beers from the Trinity. I'm sad I haven't been here sooner, but all in all, I will definitely be coming back here for the food and drinks!“
