“Really cool local neighborhood spot! Babe’s has a fun atmosphere with pink everywhere, which gives the place its own personality without feeling overdone. You can tell they’re passionate about creating a space that celebrates women athletes and women’s sports, and that makes it feel different from your typical sports bar.

They have some really good mixed drinks along with a solid selection of cans and bottles. The beers were ice cold, the bartenders were great, and the whole place had that welcoming neighborhood-bar feel that you just don’t find much anymore.

Definitely a spot I’d come back to for a few drinks and to watch a game!“

“My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

I started going there when the owner became a client of the company I was working for in the mid-90s, setting up cash registers in the restaurant he opened for his nephew. I no longer live in Chicago, but make it a point to stop there and speak with the owner every chance I get. Always great food and exceptional service! You may have to wait in line, though. Understandably, it's a very popular place!“

Olga is my favorite bartender in Chicago who has an incredible heart and makes you feel at home. Alex, who handles the karaoke machine is the best to sing your heart out with. “This was our first time visiting, and my friend and I were looking for a quick bite after a stressful week. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, and the staff were really helpful. We asked for recommendations, and they offered several options. We went with their suggestions, and everything we tried was delicious!
