“Vibes are incredible in this Irish pub. Cozy as sin, fireplace in the corner. Lots of warm wood. Great live Irish tunes were being played on a Wednesday. Absolutely great pint of Guinness being served here. Guinness onion soup was a highlight as well. Can’t wait to return.“

“The team working was great, friendly, attentive and that alone provided a fantastic atmosphere. We arrived with a group of 14 and they made sure we (and everyone) were all taken care of throughout the evening. Good drink specials, good music all in the heart of a Chicago neighborhood sounds like a winner to me. We will be returning, and if you’re ever in the neighborhood you should stop by. “Food: amazing. Drinks: amazing. Service: amazing. Ambiance: amazing. Really though. The wings are huge so you’re actually getting your money’s worth for once. Pizza is fantastic (think cheese-pull) and their selection of beers seltzers and ciders is impressive for a place this size! Our server, Shawn, was so attentive and covered all the menus for us! Even recommended adding chorizo to their poblano corn dip, which was a total game changer. 100% worth a stop in if you haven’t been yet! Sit by their fireplace!“

Dennis Melzer runs a jam on Friday once a month. Great people. Wonderful times I have loved hanging out while I have been in Chicago while I was a guest in Dennis's apartment and he took me to this place.“

“Glad Reddit told us this was one of the best places in the city for a Guinness and we confirmed it's THE best. Serena, Mickey and Tony are the best bartenders, along with the patient karaoke DJ, Ryan! We've visited pretty regularly for over a year now and my partner and I celebrated our birthdays with them. Bonus is that we order in food when we've had too much Guinness. We live a 20+ min drive away, but always make the effort to visit.“

“Last time we had the wings they were delicious, this Thursday they were dry, like they were sitting under a heat lamp and then tossed in sauce Disappointed. Had a BLT it was good! Husband had the chicken panini. It was delicious. Yes, we highly recommend going here. I think that the wait staff needs some more training. 👍“

It’s like walking on a mix of Velcro and mystery syrup, holding you in place just long enough to question every life choice that led you here. You don’t leave Irish Eyes, the carpet releases you when it’s good and ready.“

“Rose and Jake were phenomenal!! It was a tuesday and they were busy as expected but the service was amazing! Rose was busting her butt taking all the tables and making PHENOMENAL drinks, while Jake checked on us if Rose couldn’t and helped run drinks to us. We didn’t have to wait for anything despite the business, overall an amazing experience and both of them deserve a raise! Both were so friendly and personable that my friend and I have already scheduled the next time for us to come visit and have a few drinks!“

“Ok I see you!!!! First timer and Absolutely loved!! Cheif O'Neill's!! They definitely have the luck of the Irish!! Go for the brunch! Outstanding! Food chefs kiss! was superb! From the moment We walked in. Beautiful decor. Love the ceilings. Staff service was on point! Do you hear me? Lacking nothing! Hostess was very polite and attentive I liked her. ( tata ?name sorry I tried to remember! Our waiter Sàsa was Amazing 👏 you Rock!! ❤️ staff refilling food you didn't go unnoticed by me 👏💯🙏 Everyone was working together to give Superb service! Guinness cheddar soup was fire!!Thank you we will be back!! Run don't walk to this spot! Highly recommend.“

“This is the safest place to have a great time any day of the week. I highly recommend attending their Karaoke night on Saturday's. It’s always a blast and you can sing songs in any language (Spanish & English)“

There are too many nice things to say about Trinity. The food? Absolutely excellent. Perfectly crunchy fries and cheese curds. Specials daily from 3-6pm.
Really can't recommend this pub enough, come for the food stay for a good time!“

Jack was there to help me get tables together for a party of 10. we had a wonderful time but even better was the service. the food was good. the drinks were great but the service was immaculate! “Shanahan's is one of my favorite places in Forest Park, I moved from Forest Park a few years ago but I still go to Shanahan's every chance I get. Their food is always excellent and they have the best staff on the street, they always remember my name and my order. I will give them more than 5 stars if I could!!“
