Although My order has been for carry out. I was still satisfied with food, the friendly staff, and atmosphere were nice. However, this idea of expecting an immediate tip is mis-managed. A tip is in recognition of services provided and should never be expected. On a separate note, if an appropriate tip can not be earned then perhaps management should consider why and if the responsible member represents the business correctly.
The only thing that was great about this experience is Delfino, he was handling the whole restaurant by himself while the manager Maya, bartender, and I think bus boy (who was on his phone the whole time while on the floor and decided to eat in the middle of a rush) was just sitting and watching the restaurant burn down. It’s frustrating to watch this just go on and basically do nothing. I truly hope this company appreciates people like Delfino who seems to care as he had to...
Usually I don't like the wings from here because everytime I get them they come pretty dry, except for today. I got the original buffalo and asian zing but make sure you get the wings extra wet. The wings were actually good today.
