“After my Dr. appointment, I was in the need for Raiding Cane's, saw it was 9 mins away and gave it a shot, went inside and was greeted right away, and the team members are so kind, which I like to show my gratitude because I know how it feels working in food industry, I placed my order with ease, grabbed my tea that I filled on my own (the tea was perfectly sweet to me at least) and right before I sat down my food was done, I was like holy hell that was quick, all imma say is that the food is delicious, and the chicken had a pepper like taste which was also nice. I'm used to going to the crystal lake or gurnee location but this location did great as well“
“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

“Good location. Ordered a 12 piece family meal, half mild and half spicy with 2 large sides and 6 biscuits through their drive-thru. Service was ok. The food was ready after a short wait and was still hot when I got home after a 20-minute commute. Nice crispy skin and moist and steaming, perfectly cooked chicken. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the mashed potatoes were filled to the brim and very heavily saturated in gravy, which I have found certain locations do not do. The mac-n-cheese was rich and creamy, and the biscuits were warm and crumbly. My only gripes were that the spicy pieces were not the usual spiciness we're accustomed to and so didn't quite have the heat we're typically used to tasting, and one of the pieces had a deep-fried feather still attached to it. But other than that, my experience turned out pretty good.
Vegetarian options: The biscuits, fries, red beans and rice, and the mac-n-cheese are probably vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: Not a great place to go to if you have a gluten sensitivity or are severely allergic to gluten.
Parking: Several spots around the store.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love fried chicken.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doors appear to be wide enough to accommodate an assisted mobility device.“

“I order from this location a lot. They always make my pizza the way I like it, there is fast delivery and they are always friendly. There are always online specials. I ordered pizza tonight and it was about 15 minutes before closing. They made the pizzas and delivered them after their 11:00 closing time. That is great customer service!“

“Although My order has been for carry out. I was still satisfied with food, the friendly staff, and atmosphere were nice. However, this idea of expecting an immediate tip is mis-managed. A tip is in recognition of services provided and should never be expected. On a separate note, if an appropriate tip can not be earned then perhaps management should consider why and if the responsible member represents the business correctly.“

“lemon pepper and garlic parmesan boneless wings were hot and delicious I went to the one in Addison Illinois today for lunch about 2:30 pm and the manager I didn't get his name but he was the sweetest and best ever I just had a total knee replacement 3 weeks ago I was standing there with my cane at the counter and he told me to have a seat and relax and he will have my order ready AND HE DID JUST THAT HE HAD MY ORDER READY AND HOT SO FAST HE WAS JUST A SWEETHEART I REALLY FELT HIS KINDNESS I LIVE CLOSE TO THE ONE IN ROSELLE ILLINOIS BUT THIS WILL BE MY WINGSTOP FROM NOW ON IN ADDISON ILLINOIS ON ROWLING RD AND LAKE STREET THAT I GO TO ❤️❤️❤️“

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “I was wanting to try Korean style fried chicken. I was not disappointed. The chicken is crispy, moist and just the right amount of spice. The menu looks so good, I had difficulty deciding what to get. I will definitely come back.“

“First and foremost, the customer service from employees and especially Christian was superb! Your homemade sauces are the best I have had in a long time and everyone needs to know about this place! I went there today just to get some ranch dressing because it is on point and what ranch at it's best tastes like. Clean establishment, comfortable, simple and amazing food with kind and compassionate employees. Props to you all and I hope everyone in St.Charles trys your restaurant. This should not be left a secret... GO THERE AND TRY IT YOURSELF! THEY GOT IT GOING ON! Thank you and GOD BLESS“
