Food was OK. Portions per price? Ridiculous! Too bad Rich & Nicolletta couldn't make it work!

Looks like they are temporarily closed, hoping they can open back up soon! There’s really nothing like this shop around for miles. Incredible sandwiches, workers and owners keep it real.

Went there today (Thursday) at about 430pm. Website said open so I drove 20 min thru rush hour. Lights were all on door was locked.. I knocked. Nobody there. At least put a note on the door saying something. Wasted my whole lunch break from my job for nothing. Went back hungry and I won't be

Says they're open till 6pm on Sundays. I'm here at 4:30 and they're closed without any sign as to why on the door. Wanted to try this place for the first time. Looks like it's going to be one of those "open when we feel like it" places. Missed opportunity for a new customer.
Their online ordering system will take your money but the restaurant itself doesn't look like anyone has been in there in days, which is disappointing as the sandwiches were extremely good. RIP.

CAUTION: DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERSI placed an online order for pick up on Saturday 11/11, but when I went to the restaurant to get my order it was closed. Have been trying to get a refund ever since but they haven’t replied to my email messages about it, or picked up the phone when I’ve called

Unreliable they don't answer the phone. Today I spent a lot of time submitting an order, only to find out they are closed.

So, I just picked up a sandwich TO GO, and the african american guy behind the counter had the audacity to Point to the tip jar (which is right in front of you at the register) and say "here's the tip jar if you want to tip."Thas just obnoxious and in your face, rude and presumtuous.Maybe he should not work there or someone needsto train him. Won't be back.

We waited awhile for our order, however this we did not mind as we prefer fresh food made to order. The staff was very nice and helpful explaining the various sandwiches as this was our first visit. The reason for the four stars was because we ordered a chili and the cup was half full we did not get what we paid for and it was our least favorite. The meatball sandwich was not bad we enjoyed the turkey and ham panini sandwich the most. I recommend giving this restaurant a try as it would be nice to keep them in the neighborhood as everthing that comes to this location never last. We plan to visit again in the very near future.
