I recently had an experience at this Starbucks that left me a bit disappointed.
I ordered a drink and specifically asked for it with decaf coffee instead of regular caffeine. Unfortunately, the drink I received was not what I expected. When I explained that it wasn’t the drink I had intended to order, I was told that I had used the wrong Starbucks terminology and that I should have ordered it using specific Starbucks language.
