A tip is in recognition of services provided and should never be expected. On a separate note, if an appropriate tip can not be earned then perhaps management should consider why and if the responsible member represents the business correctly.“

“DELICIOUS! We were staying at the Renaissance hotel for the Pinball Expo. We came for breakfast and lunch. Everything was very delicious and portions were good for the price. If I lived in Schaumburg, I would be eating there every week. Wait staff was attentive always checking in on us.“

“The food here is FANTASTIC. We ordered the stuffed banana peppers, coconut shrimp, salmon that’s on corn tamale cake (oh my goodness), seafood linguine, and lobster mac n cheese. “From the second we arrived the girls at hostess stand were jovial and inviting. Then waitress and chef table side appetizer and dinner were fantastic! Ordered more food than our table of four could eat, but we got to try a variety of entrees. Everything was top notch quality. Order the Lemoncello shots to round out your dinner! “Food and service fantastic. They were running behind with reservations but they comped us drinks an an appetizer...which is pretty unheard of these days. Rachel, our server, was phenomenal, I liked her so much I even asked her to help me "customize" my pasta dish, which she happily did (and it turned out great! The lobster diavolo but with vodka sauce...keeping the spice level.) Caesar salad good but not traditional...and missing anchovies (I know, I'm weird. Very fresh ingredients though.) We were a party of 6 and everyone loved their food. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely be back! Only wish it weren't so cramped inside.“

“Food was great. Our waitress was pleasant but our appetizer and entree came out almost together. We didn't even get to eat the appetizer and had to box it up to take home. The bathrooms needed to be cleaned. Garbage cans were overflowing. We enjoy the food but they need to pay attention to detail.“

“Definitely coming back! I've stopped by a couple of times and been satisfied each time. Their iced lattes are great, but definitely on the sweeter side. They have a bunch of pastries available with dietary restrictions available, I tried the GF banana bread and it was delicious. I do wish they would warm them up, but not sure if that's an option. Staff is kind and patient, and you get your food/drinks very quick. They also have a lot of lunch options that look great, going to give them a try next time. Also, a lot of seating available and never too busy/hectic.“

I'm still very impressed with how responsive the owner, Norma, was to my emails and appreciate how thoughtful she was. She asked if I wanted to include a personal message to my sisters and brother-in-law, and I found out today that all of them really enjoyed the cupcakes. I can only imagine how hard it must be for small businesses like this one during these unprecedented times, but I'm glad that I was able to surprise my sisters and support them at the same time. “The quality, preparation, & seasoning of the chicken is above any other “fast food” place anywhere around. The rice, corn, and thick cut Cole slaw our three spectacular side dishes that can be ordered alone and stand on their own as well. Now I understand why other people I know (in the restaurant business )are trying to get the franchise with this place because the food is just far above anything else out there. I prefer mild spices, Which this place does perfectly.. I don’t often write reviews about fast food chicken places, This place deserves 10 stars on a five star scale.“
