Honest to god mortified these people are in business. Just stopped in to get two sandwiches and the employees here are immature, incompetent and should not be working with the public. As they were making the sandwich I flat out told them I was walking out. I love the subs and have visited MANY of their locations, and this location had the most unfriendly staff I have encountered. My husband is hard of hearing so he didn't hear the young ladys question, and she rolled her eyes at him because he didn't answer fast enough. She then proceeded to take her disdain out on his sandwich. It just got worse when we mentioned the lettuce was brown and wilted. I will be letting our coworkers know of our experience.
