Service was fast and there was no line on what looked to be a busy Wednesday evening. The parking lot was packed but there weren't many people eating inside. Our food was delicious as always and filling. This location has more of a "Main Street USA" theme compared to other locations. The booths are most, if not all, outdoor bench style, not padded.

Drive thru was long but every Portillos has a long drive thru line during dinner time.

The food was fantastic and the service was awesome. We changed our mind at the last minute about our food and they remade our son's hot dog even though I made the mistake. Great service!

The staff here is always accommodating and kind. They’re making some great improvements to the restaurant itself which already was in great shape. But the staff, truly, is incredibly attentive for fast casual. Just good, kind people that make the Chicagoland area special.
