They need to fix their computers or ordering system because it’s embarrassing. I ordered 12 in pizza, eta 6:50 for pick up. Within 5 minutes on ordering online said “picked up”.What? How,impossible.

I ordered a pizza using their website. Within 5 minutes of ordering it said “picked up”. I thought that was a mistake, so I rushed there. I showed them my email confirmation and they couldn’t find my order. I’m sure they didn’t want to make my pizza so they just clicked “picked up” already in order not to make it. It was pointless to argue with them since they were not going to help me rectify their mistake. I wasted my time and gas only for them not to help me. Why would I order again? That’s not how you treat customers. I’d rather go to prontos across the street or even generosos to get better service and pizza in bloomingdale

This last Saturday night my neighbor invited me over to enjoy a loaded deep dish veggie and sausage pizza from here. I had a long day and was excited to eat said pizza. First bite: big old hard crunch between my teeth. I assumed it was like a fennel seed from the sausage. No big deal. It really hurt but I kept eating. Third bite another hard painful sharp piece of something, this time I pull it out of my mouth. It was a piece of fricken bone in the sausage. Slightly chipped my back tooth. Why on earth do you all have big pieces of bone in your pizza sausage??? You will never catch me eating pizza from this location. As much as you all charge for food and has better be perfect and SAFE to consume. Thanks for ruining my Saturday night and my tooth !!!

The owner never entered my order. I was told it would take 7 minutes to make. I waited 15 minutes. No discount or compensation.

Accidently ordered pizza from Rosati's at this location vice Bloomingdale Ave in Valrico FL. Tried to resolve; spoke to manager: very rude, wouldn't help me resolve. Asked for phone number to supervisor or corporate HQ. She says she doesnt have them and then hung up on me. I-M NO LONGER A ROSATI CUSTOMER.

Unfortunately the pizza is excellent but the woman that takes the orders has terrible customer service! I have been ordering weekly from here and she will not honor the coupon B1 18” get one 12” free that they have online if I wanted to pay with cash even though I order it weekly online with credit card. She acted like the system is different when you order online only my receipt shows she did a manual add on of $3.50 which goes to show that it can be done but she didn’t want to honor the coupon. Either take it off the system so the coupon can’t be used or just honor the $3.50 difference. Why lose a weekly customer over $3.50?! Makes no sense but I’m stubborn and won’t be back. I will order from another Rosatis and pay the extra in gas just to avoid the horrible customer service this woman provides!
