Biaggis is a Blono staple, but still hits every time. Their cocktails are tasty, and the bread service cannot be beat!

Great staff and atmosphere.

I experienced a pattern of subtle rudeness from the bartender during my recent visit. Their indifferent attitude and dismissive manner made it clear that I was not a priority. This wasn’t an isolated moment—on a prior visit, I ordered food to go but decided to eat inside. The person had more than enough time to let the kitchen know I’d be dining in, yet said nothing. Instead, I was told it was “their rule” that my meal had to remain in the to‑go container while I sat there eating.

I know not to deal with someone of this caliber, and I hope management addresses this so guests receive the respect they deserve.

Salmon was served with very spicy Dijon mustard sauce on top. It was very hot and spicy. I had to scrape it off to eat it. I think it should have been noted by the server or on the menu. I am aware of Dijon mustard characteristics but this was exceptionally hot.

The restaurant was almost empty when we dined around 3:30pm. Our group of three each ordered the half & half pizza and salad, which was a surprisingly affordable option. We received our salads around 40 minutes after being seated, and the pizzas came shortly after. The pizza crust was undercooked - not doughy, but not browned or golden like in their pictures. Other than the wait and them needing to tweak their pizza crust, we were really pleased with our experience and will come back.

Usually qe really enjoy Biagis. Got take out to celebrate last night and half the people are now super sick with food poisoning. Last time we will go to Biagis for sure.

Fancy disguised frozen food. Service was great, I ordered chicken Alfredo and the sauce was watery, there was barely any chicken in it, the noodles were tough and it was so bland. I actually used to work with someone that worked here and they even CONFIRMED everything is basically frozen. If you want good Italian go to Lucca Grill in downtown Bloomington. I will not be returning here.

We weren't promptly seated even though we had rez, but noth that big of a deal. Waited a bit for a server, who took our order for 1 drink and 1 french fry for our party of 3 - easy stuff. 30 mins later, still without either, we ordered dinner. Another hour, we still didn't have our dinner. I notified staff and their take was that the order was just placed 10 mins prior. I told them that we'd ordered more than an hour prior. So, we left 1 hour 45mins into the experience without a dinner served. There were other tables seated after us who were served, paid, and left. Our waiter clearly did not turn in our order. The additional rub with poor customer service was the following two things; 1) when the manager came to our table after I notified staff of the issue, she stated I came here about the complaint from this table...excuse me? 2)the restaurant host/hostess/front doors are not accmmodating for those with disabilities or who are frail. We won't go to this establishment again.

BEST Italian in town for a good price too! Appetizer, 2 meals, and 2 desserts for around $100 including tip. Great bread and service.

My family met for lunch today. 4 of our party got lost on the way and our server, Rachel was very understanding. We told her they were a challenge and she made everyone feel welcome and kidded them about touring BN. Rachel was very attentive to us all and made our lunch together special. Our food was outstanding as always. Thank you to Rachel and Biaggi's for not rushing us and allowing us to have a wonderful lunch.

Wish they were more reasonable priced. Its a good spot once in a blue moon but not worth going often. My opinion

I'm sorry to say that my experience at biaggi's was a little frustrating. I specifically decided to take out my sister with family.

The food is great I have no complaints but waiting for our entrees took more than an hour. I'm normally a patient person but after a long drive and a special occasion to celebrate my sister's birthday it was a big let down.

The waitress was a pretty blonde girl who I could tell was very busy... Yeah I saw that the other tables were getting their food and we were not.

The problem was not just that the dinners took so long to bring out but she did nothing to let us know that there was a problem. When we finally asked her she said that there was a problem in the kitchen and a mix-up and apologized but I felt the apology was only delivered once we stopped her and asked for our food.

I asked for mozzarella cheese to be baked on top of my pasta and that did not happen.

For a service issue like that or a table is waiting more than an hour to get their food I think it's only customary and appropriate that you offer a free entree or a free appetizer or a free dessert just something that says hey we messed up and we really value your patronage.

We're not going back there.

Accidents happen and unforgiving of that... Mix ups can occur and I am patient...

But servers that simply ignore my table hoping I won't notice that the wait is more than an hour for my entree is really just enough to piss me off.

The final series on the top was that this waitress did not even come back to update us on when our meals would be out.
