Salmon was served with very spicy Dijon mustard sauce on top. It was very hot and spicy. I had to scrape it off to eat it. I think it should have been noted by the server or on the menu. I am aware of Dijon mustard characteristics but this was exceptionally hot.
The restaurant was almost empty when we dined around 3:30pm. Our group of three each ordered the half & half pizza and salad, which was a surprisingly affordable option. We received our salads around 40 minutes after being seated, and the pizzas came shortly after. The pizza crust was undercooked - not doughy, but not browned or golden like in their pictures. My family met for lunch today. 4 of our party got lost on the way and our server, Rachel was very understanding. We told her they were a challenge and she made everyone feel welcome and kidded them about touring BN. Rachel was very attentive to us all and made our lunch together special. Our food was outstanding as always. Thank you to Rachel and Biaggi's for not rushing us and allowing us to have a wonderful lunch.
