Terrible service Dropped off the food and ran away. Never even checked back until I finally was able to flag her down. My drink had been empty for 20 minutes at that point. The bowl of chicken noodle soup was a bowl of noodles. The 18 year old manager is clueless about proper customer service and handling of legitimate complaints Did not take it off the bill when it was clearly not eaten. we enjoyed a wonderful carry out thanksgiving day meal prepared by a great bunch of folks, Thank you so much!
We were just there. we ordered 2 omelets and some pancakes. We had to wait almost an hour for our food, and even more frustrating was watching 3 families come in after us and all get their food before us. Completely ridiculous. No apologies or anything... not even an offer to take some of the bill. Won't be going back. Wasn't even busy there today. So depressing when the food there is good
