Super helpful giving food recos nearby and all around great atmosphere! If we lived in the area, we'd definitely be making this place a regular.

“What a great local brewery!! Had at least 20 on tap, great food, wonderful indoors plus patio. Very friendly and laid-back staff. Some great beers, tho don't think had a bad one. Not bad prices. As waitstaff said need to go big or go home, as only 8 or 22oz pours... can do flight of just about any type (fruit, amber/kolsh, darks, ipas). Have impressive take-away selection. Bit off beaten path but easy to get to / just in diff part of town. Making this must-stop every time in town.“

We got the thai tuna rice bowl, schnitzel a la holstein and chicken flautas.
The Chicken Flautas appetizer came with 3 pieces. Very crispy and delicious. Be careful, the jalpeno peppers on top pack a punch!
The Thai Tuna Rice Bowl was so fresh and had such big pieces of tuna. There was definitely strong thai tastes in the rice. Highly recommend!
The Schnitzel A La Holstein had a fried egg and 2 pieces of schnitzel. The breading was very crispy and the meat was very tender. The spaetzle pasta was deliciously paired with cabbage. Also highly recommend!

“We had a graduation party at Casper Brewing Company and it was absolutely perfect! Everyone was amazing to work with and the room is comfortable, with several tables and sitting areas. You can bring in your own food and the drinks are fabulous! We would definitely recommend Casper Brewing Company for your next party!“
