Dissatisfied with the service. The server listened to order to my order for the 10.99 deal and told me I could do this instead so I did. 2 10.99 deals ended up being over 40 dollars. Won't go back again.

I love Chilli's and was excited to try their mozzarella sticks because I see everybody rave about them on the internet. I was extremely disappointed and thought they weren't worth $11+ I paid for them. My smash burger was missing the 1000 island dressing and was just basic. We had decent service, though.

The waiter although he was polite, didn’t bring plates to eat the appetizer nor the main entrée on, he brought the wrong drink for my neice then never gave refills on the drinks I nor my sister ordered. He seemed to be more concerned with the three tables behind me more than anything. I ordered the fajitas (Steak and Chicken). The steak was so chewy I had to spit it out. And still waiting for refills 🙄.
