Food was good. Several employees, but only one guy killing it. Outworking his fellow employees 4-1. He was really fast, accurate and kind. I didn’t catch his name, but I grabbed a picture of him. He’s an allstar!! I hope you’re paying him commensurate with how he outworks EVERYONE there.
The only reason I didn’t do 5 starts was because the majority of tables needed cleaned. 85% of them had food and trash on them. The dining room was being neglected.

They're usually out of something later in the evenings; It's usually the chips, salsa, or guacamole. I've also arrived (more than once) well after the scheduled pick-up time for an onlne order, and it still wasn't ready.

For being a somewhat fast food restaurant, Chipotle has decent food. Their guacamole is almost as good as mine. 😉 Their ingredients are fresh, if somewhat lacking in flavor. I usually only order for pick-up, but when I walk into the restaurant (in two different locations around Bloomington), there is a general feeling of uncleanliness. Trash on the floor; dirty areas around trash cans. The staff is unwelcoming, if not downright surly.
