I only got to go to this place twice while I was in town, but they have the absolute best ham and cheese croissants I have ever eaten. And that is saying something. My photo doesn't do it justice, but it's basically a whole little meal with thicker cut ham and steaming cheese. And the people there are really nice. Highly recommend!

This is one of those coffee shops that is serious about coffee. My test of a new coffee shop to me is the cortado. If it's right, they're serious about the quality of the coffee. And the goodies that go with are reasonably priced and well done. I'm told they make their croissants on site. I will be back to work my way through the selections.

Phenomenal coffee shop, and staff! The coffee is hot, dark and smooth. I can only drink black coffee if it’s exceptionally high quality and brewed right and Empire ticked all the boxes.
Besides the coffee, THE BAKED GOODS!🤤. They have a wide variety of regular and gluten free croissants, donuts, and scones. They make them all in house. We shared 6 different ones to get a good sampling and THEY ALL WERE DELICIOUS.
Run. Don’t walk. When you need your next coffee fix. You can thank me later.
The fine print: it’s a little hard to find, it’s on a frontage road and has signs up for their slot machines in the window. We weren’t sure at first if we were in the right place. But rest, assured, you’re in the right place.

We came here because a review said the Gluten-free options were out of this world. They were not exaggerating. If your looking for gluten-free or even if your not this is the place. They have great coffee as well.

What an amazing little hidden gem, I can't believe we haven't been here sooner! 10/10 will be back soon.
Hidden Gem!!!
Don't let the exterior steer you away, inside is cozy and friendly. The barista's are extremely knowledgeable about their coffee and how to make their drinks. The pastry are delicious and the gluten free options are excellent. We will 100% be back.

there's a nice variety of gf/vegan baked goods and the gf/vegan raspberry coconut cake is delicious!
Unexpectedly fantastic. This is the best pastry place in town. I try to come here once a week if I can help it. It is fantastic. The inside is odd, I'll admit. It's chill, though. The staff is friendly and helpful.
