Reviews for Outback Steakhouse

First off, the atmosphere is very loud. I preferred the set up at the old Outback, it was more cozy and quaint. I don't mind chatting with neighbors, but I dont much prefer it. It was also very loud, I could barely hear my husband sitting next to me.

The old restaurant had a better atmosphere. The new one feels generic, much like any other chain restaurant. If it wasn't for the Australian flag on the wall, I might think I'm at a Buffalo Wild Wings or a Chili's because the decor is so boring.

Good food and you could tell the servers cared about who they served. Personable, attentive, and polite and it showed in the customers with the same politeness towards the servers. I had shoulder surgery on my dominant arm and the waitress suggested cutting my steak when the plate it in the kitchen. I was grateful. Served timely, fresh and friendly.

About Outback Steakhouse

Start off with an Aussie-tizer like the famed Bloomin' Onion. It's an epically large onion that is cut to resemble a flower, then deep fried and served with Outback's spicy signature bloom sauce. While that's large enough to feed your whole table, if you can't decide between the other options then go for the Aussie Signature Sampler which has a bit of everything on it including Bloomin' Onion Petals, Steakhouse Mac n' Cheese Bites, and Aussie Cheese Fries. At Outback Steakhouse, you can choose from 7 different cuts of tender, juicy aged steaks, each one expertly prepared. You'll find filet mignon, New York Strip, Porterhouse, Prime Rib, Ribeye, and more with bold topping options should you wish like roasted garlic butter or blue cheese crumbles. While Outback Steakhouse does steaks the best, that doesn't mean the other items on the menu aren't worth trying. For lunch or dinner, sandwiches and burgers make for another filling and tasty option. You can also find seafood like lobster tails and shrimp. Enjoy them on their own or add them to your steak entree for a little bit more. The menu also features the popular chicken dish, Alice Springs Chicken, a wood-fire grilled chicken breast topped with sauteed mushrooms, crisp bacon, melted cheese and honey mustard sauce. Plus, there are baby back ribs and a pork porterhouse. After indulging in such a fine meal, make sure to save room for one more final indulgence with dessert. The dessert menu features 6 full dessert options as well as 2 mini parfait choices. Get a big dessert to share like the famous Chocolate Thunder From Down Under, a huge slab of pecan brownie topped with rich vanilla ice cream, warm chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings and whipped cream.
