I’ve traveled all over the world, and without question this was the best full rack of ribs I’ve ever had. Clearly slow-roasted, the incredibly thick ribs were perfectly tender and fell right off the bone. I went to the restaurant initially because it was close. I found the food excellent and the staff attentive. My wife had the chicken wrap and I had the enchiladas and we both enjoyed the meal. To top it off it was snowing and the owner took us back to the neighboring hotel
This is a middle of the road place. Food was ok and not remarkable. Staffed at the dinner time by barmaid/waitress and cook. In our experience we finished a bike ride and wanted to eat outside. Patio is covered but disheveled. I took the initiative to order beer at the bar and took our meal order to the bar. My wife had chopped steak with gravy and onions, mixed vegetables (canned), and a tossed salad. I had the special burrito with beans and rice. Beer out of the tap was problematic...
