Ordering is on a screen and they yell out your name when your food is ready. The milkshake was great but cost more than my double cheeseburger with fries. I still ate for around $10 which isn't too bad.
The burger and fries wer delicious. The drive through took a while even though it was just me.
Juicy, delicious, hot, and fast service. And they have beef tallow cheaper than grocery stores.

Steak 'n Shake is a self-service restaurant where customers use kiosks to order without wait staff. The food is decent, but the self-service system and cleanliness issues like sticky floors and flooding bathrooms can be off-putting. The sweet tea has also been an issue, with reports of a bleach-like taste. The drive-thru service, however, has been praised for its speed and accuracy, though the drink portion size and ice amount have been problematic. Overall, Steak 'n Shake continues to offer a familiar dining experience, albeit with some inconsistencies.
