Fine Dining Restaurants in Bloomington, IL

“We have been to Revery numerous times and have always loved it. This time was different. Our waiter was wonderful despite the fact he had 15 tables which is the entire back room. Service was slow due to this, which wasn't his fault. Almost 45 minutes before we got our drinks and ordered our meal. We did get the appetizer quickly. The brie had little flavor as did the bread. I ordered the filet and the texture was more like short ribs, kinda weird. I substituted the sweet potato puree and it was very pasty, My husband ordered the ribeye. He said it was good but on the fatty side. The carrots looked like burnt French fries. Completely black. We got our bill and had to then ask for the dessert menu. Not sure what was going on, but we will give it one more try.“
