Today, I decided to treat my family to IHOP to save time, I ordered online for curbside pickup. I let them know I was on my way, as told to through the app, and once there, I notified them on the app. My pickup time was 0755, and I got there at 0756 and notified them. I ordered the 4 crepes with berries. 3 crepes were cold and very over cooked and one crepe half cooked. Very disappointing as I have always liked IHOP. Only 1 waitress and I could only see 1 cook. Will never go back. This was at Bloomington, IL on Empire on Nov 10, 2023.
