I’ve been eating at your shops with no problems. This is regarding your store in Bloomington Il. The manager there is very rude and harassing his staff. On top of it when I stopped in for lunch last week. Disgusting. Will not go back. The place smelled like a sour cigar. exceedingly slow service. waited in line for 45min, there were only three people in front of us. It was nearly an hour before we were checked out. they should use both prep stations not just the one. and the man on the meat cutter was slow and inaccurate. they were processing 4 online orders for every in person.
