Hands down a better experience than the location in Normal. The staff is much more attentive and the food is consistently great! Bridget is an outstanding bartender! The Normal location should take some notes.

We waited patiently with no complaint for over an hour to get our food. When we finally got the pub burger, fries and pub roll..... the pub roll was room temperature, and the fries and burger were literally cold to the touch. We asked the server to touch the fries so she could understand the issue. She apologized and took the food back to the kitchen. Unfortunately, when they came back way too soon, it was obvious the fires had been thrown back in the fryer, and the hamburger had been reheated. It was very disappointing. We felt bad for the server because she was the only one on a busy night.

THE WORST service of all time. I get we all have bad days (bartender), but you shouldn't have taken my money for granted. Period.
This hole was okay when it was open illegally while the rest of IL was closed during Covid, times have changed.
Took 2 sips, plopped a $5 down, left, never coming back.

I came in to eat and was never greeted by server and after 45 mins I order online from inside and sat and waited and still she never came up to me or said a word she was to busy on her phone and using curse words over and over. I sat there until the point I had to go up to her and asked for my Togo order which was done at 341 the cooks even came and sat at the bar and than she sat along with them and at this point I’m over it I love their food but never been a big fan of their choice in employee

Just walked out of the restaurant after waiting 30 minutes for service. Everyone around us was checked on multiple times by the staff.
It was so bad that we never offered a glass of water or was even acknowledged that we were sitting at the table.
I even walked up to the bar and grabbed my own menus.
From my experience, I will assume that We were just not welcome that this establishment.

I didn't eat at Joe's but the food did look really good. I was last is a large group that had been golfing, the bartender was the only server there and she was awesome! Next time I will grab a bit to eat!
