The food is not the problem! We have been there several times and the food has never disappointed us. It is very good! The problem is restaurant management and service. We have been there twice recently and spent an hour and a half once and even longer another time, just getting a “quick”dinner for two. Bonchon is a very tasty and good experience. I got the 4 drumstick lunch special with half soy garlic and half K-BBQ both were very good! The chicken was crispy and juicy! Service was pretty good too my server was very attentive and made sure everything exceeded expectations. The restaurant is clean and well kept. The only complaint is the location!
