Food order totally messed up. Told me what I ordered on the app was not available and I could not order that. Was out of a lot of the food then shorted me on my order. Food did not taste good bad experience all around.

Rude, getto, didn't have right food.
KFC offers a satisfactory dining experience with decent food and polite service. The restaurant's ambiance is average, with tables and decor that could use some improvement. The drive-thru service was noteworthy, as the staff were exceptionally courteous, even when the food preparation took longer than expected. While the chicken was good, the fries were a mix of hot and cold, and the overall quality of the meal was not entirely consistent. Despite these minor issues, the exceptional customer service provided by the staff, who were dressed casually but maintained a friendly and professional demeanor, made the visit a pleasant one.
